WHAT HAPPENS?
Our hawk walks takes place in the beautiful landscape of the Gloucestershire Cotswolds . The walk lasts approximately 2 hours and and consists of flying a Harris Hawk in open country side and woodland. The experience is totally individual to you and at your own pace . A level of fitness is required.
Before we start you will have a safety briefing and shown how to interact with the hawk. Then we will proceed to the flying grounds which is 5minutes away, where you will be introduced to the hawk who you will be flying on your walk .
The hawk will be then let off and the walk will begin, the start of a truly magical encounter with the magnificent Harris Hawk .

Our hawk walks and falconry experiences take place in the beautiful landscape of the Gloucestershire Cotswolds.
The safety briefing takes place at our base at Hunts Court, Forthay, North Nibley in Gloucestershire.
Flying a Harris Hawk takes in nearby open country side and woodland. The experience is totally individual to you and at your own pace . A level of fitness is required.
All walks and experiences are one to one, meaning you are not in a group with strangers. Your experience is unhurried and completely unique to you, giving you the opportunity to really get to know the hawk you are flying.

HOW DO I BOOK?
You can check availability, book and pay online via our booking system.
The calendar will show days with availability and you can book the number of places for your group from 1 - 6 plus a guest.
I am happy to take children on a hawk walk however they must be able to comfortably walk over a mile, follow instructions and be calm and sensible throughout the duration of the experience. As a guide I usually say ages 8 and upwards.
